Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship to Canada and internationally?

Yes! We ship across Canada and to select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please contact us at sadrashay@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes! If your item doesn't fit quite right, we're happy to help with an exchange. Just reach out to us and we'll guide you through the process.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're so sorry if that happens! Please email us at sadrashay@gmail.com with a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right immediately.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

Visit our Size Guide for full measurements. All Baseline Studio pieces are designed to fit true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Do the dresses and skirts have built-in shorts?

Yes! All of our court dresses and skirts include built-in compression shorts for coverage and confidence during play. Several styles also feature a ball pocket in the shorts.

Are the fabrics stretchy?

Absolutely. Every piece uses a 4-way stretch construction so the fabric moves with you — perfect for the dynamic movements of tennis, padel, and other court sports.

Product Care

How should I wash my Baseline Studio pieces?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Hang dry — do not tumble dry or use bleach. Avoid fabric softeners as they can reduce the moisture-wicking properties of performance fabrics.

Will the colours fade?

Our fabrics are dyed to hold their colour through regular washing. Following our care instructions (cold wash, hang dry) will keep your pieces looking fresh for longer.
